Romeo Francis is the Founder and President of Titan Protection & Investigation Agency. A former NYPD Police Officer, FDLE-certified Florida law enforcement officer, Georgia P.O.S.T.-certified law enforcement officer, and licensed Florida private investigator, Romeo brings more than 20 years of experience across law enforcement, investigations, surveillance, executive protection, corporate investigations, and risk management. He oversees agency operations, investigative strategy, quality assurance, business development, and client relations while ensuring every engagement is handled with professionalism, discretion, and operational integrity.

David Cummings
Vice President, Security Operations
Law Enforcement Liaison
David Cummings brings more than two decades of law enforcement, military, and private security experience to Titan. During a 20-year career with the New York City Police Department, David served as a Sergeant with investigative experience and also served as an NYPD fitness instructor. A retired U.S. Marine and Special Operations veteran, he has additionally spent more than 20 years in the private security sector, with experience in executive protection, specialized security operations, and protective logistics. At Titan, David provides leadership across security operations, personnel readiness, executive protection, and law enforcement coordination.
